While Generation Z has finally discovered the awesomeness of Kate Bush (thank you, Stranger Things), we're noticing a handful of throwback songs getting stuck on repeat in the brain. At the APN office we've been trilling about pairs of roller skates to the tune of "Brand New Key" for weeks. And let's face it, we're gonna be running up that hill all weekend.

In this final week of mental health month, we're exploring the buzziest of trends in the wellness field: Mindfulness. The concept comes in many forms, but one of the best ways to practice the art of being mindful is through meditation. Breathe in, breathe out — don't sweat doing it right or wrong.
