We're sticking to our resolutions — The Latest on APN — Dec. 24-Jan. 13

This Friday the 13th, we're celebrating the staying power of our 2023 resolutions. Though weekends can be typical times for falling off all sorts of fitness and health wagons — after all, Quitter's Day is the second Friday in January each year — we're as determined as ever to stay strong and keep our good habits rolling.

This week's APN playlist is chock full of episodes to catch up on from the holidays, so there's plenty of distraction to help you keep an eye on your goals.

The “subscribe” button on the Listen Notes playlist below will let you grab APN’s most recent episodes for your podcatcher.
