Daveberta joins the Alberta Podcast Network!

politics-collage.jpg

We have the great good fortune of welcoming The Daveberta Podcast to the Alberta Podcast Network, powered by ATB.

This is a relatively new podcast, but it has already made a big splash. It is hosted by Dave Cournoyer, who has been blogging about Alberta politics at daveberta.ca since 2005 (!), and Ryan Hastman, a longtime political observer and former candidate. Dave leans left, and Ryan leans right, but they share a deep interest in political discourse, and they're not afraid to get wonky. They are ably assisted by Adam Rozenhart, who chimes in from time to time while producing.

This brings our contingent of politics-based podcasts to three. The Daveberta Podcast joins Highlevel Showdown, a spirited weekly discussion of local, provincial, national and international politics with Sharon Mvundura, Elliott Tanti and Michael Vecchio; and The Broadcast, a twice-monthly look at women and politics in Alberta with Trisha Estabrooks and Alex Zabjek.

You'll start seeing The Daveberta Podcast popping up in our weekly roundup of APN episodes soon. Stay up-to-date on the network, plus a lot of interesting podcast-related and podcast-adjacent events, by signing up for our newsletter.
